Sultan currently serves as Product Owner at Procurement Hub, where he leads the development of digital procurement solutions designed to address real market needs.

Drawing on his extensive experience in procurement and contracts, he translates industry requirements into practical technology solutions. His responsibilities include product strategy, procurement workflows, stakeholder collaboration, supplier and buyer adoption, and continuous product improvement within the Saudi market.

Before joining Procurement Hub, Sultan held several leadership positions across prominent organizations. His career includes serving as AVP – Procurement Operations at SALIC, Procurement Operations Manager at MonshaatSA, and Senior Category Management Officer at Bank Albilad.

Across these roles, he developed extensive experience in procurement operations, category management, supplier relationships, strategic sourcing, and process improvement. His professional journey has allowed him to work across different aspects of procurement while developing strategies focused on efficiency, governance, and value creation.
